Pregnancy comes with lots to celebrate, but it can also be a time of uncertainty and anxiety. When it comes to exercise during this exciting time, we want to take any uncertainty or anxiety away and ensure you can workout safely.

POST NATAL FITNESS

Whether you gave birth a few weeks ago or a few years ago; whether you had a vaginal or caesarean birth and whether you worked out during pregnancy or not, we can help you feel healthier and fitter!
As a new mum, it’s easy to forget about you. A brand new human in your life requires a lot of adjustment. We want to provide you with a convenient, safe and effective programme of exercise to help you build a strong foundation; to strengthen and re-balance ready to take on motherhood!
Our post natal programmes aren’t a quick fix to ‘bounce back’. What are you bouncing back from? You just grew and delivered a human! Remember it takes 9 months to grow and nurture a baby so we would always encourage a slow and steady approach, completely tailored to your needs and goals!
