Every session is designed with your goals in mind and before we start working together, a free consultation is given to establish your goals, your lifestyle and your exercise likes/dislikes.
In addition to the face to face sessions, you will receive access to a bank of online videos to workout at home, an e-book with planning and tracking tools, further information and resources, weekly check-in to track and monitor progress and short nutritional analysis to establish your calorie needs.
Maybe you're a bit further afield or your work/family schedule means you can't get to the studio? Coach Lou is equipped to travel across Fife and Tayside to provide the same exclusive coaching in your own home, garden or even workplace.
If you're already a member of a gym but you're not sure how to make the most of the equipment, or you have fitness equipment at home with no clue how to use it, coach Lou also offers personalised programming for your to follow and reach your goals quicker. Available via video link.
