About Louise
This isn't just my job.
It’s personal.

I’ve worked with over 500 clients; people who’ve felt left behind, overlooked, or simply not seen by traditional health and fitness services.
​
And I get it.
Because I’ve been there too.
​
Anxiety and depression, early menopause: struggling with fatigue, weight gain and joint pain as well as being by the side of loved ones when their life changed after a diagnosis. I realised something that changed everything:

Most health advice isn’t made for people like us.
​
People with real-life complexities.
People juggling family, careers, illness, or recovery.
People who’ve been told to “just move more” without any understanding of what their body’s actually going through.

So I created Omni; A coaching approach designed to meet you exactly where you are, with expertise, honesty, and heart.
My Work
I’m based in Central Scotland and work internationally with people who are living with:
➤ Cancer (prehab, rehab, and recovery)​
➤ Chronic illness and long-term conditions​
➤ Hormonal challenges like perimenopause and​ menopause​
➤ Mental health struggles, fatigue, and low confidence​
With a background in Community Education, I’ve spent my life helping people create real, lasting change; even in the face of barriers. I also hold advanced qualifications in:
