Omni, founded by head coach Louise, provides holistic life, health and fitness coaching for anyone facing barriers to improving their health and wellbeing. Omni, meaning all; of all things, aims to empower others to improve overall health and wellness for life; allowing our clients to make positive and sustainable changes.

How we work

We work to help our clients improve ALL aspects of their lives; lifestyle, hobbies, job, fitness levels, diet, stress levels, sleep patterns, mental health, injuries, medical conditions and illness. We help you to identify the things that stop you from reaching your goals and coach you to improve and breakdown those barriers. We are ALL ABOUT YOU.

No human is the same and the support we give is no different.

All Omni programmes are completely bespoke and designed with you in mind!

Meet Louise

Louise graduated in 2011 from The University of Dundee with a degree in Community Education and began a career with two part-time positions as a Community Education worker with Fife Council and a Young Offender Project Worker with Barnardos in Polmont Y.O.I. Responsible for delivering informal learning opportunities to vulnerable young people and adults to help build confidence, enhance employability and gain qualifications to help them to progress and achieve their goals.

A lot of this work was around improving health and wellbeing, and Louise; passionate about her own fitness levels as well as improving the health of others, decided to study to become a fitness instructor in 2014. In 2015, Louise set up Life Health and Fitness; offering health and wellbeing sessions to schools and community groups as well as group fitness classes in her local community. Since then, Louise has worked in partnership with various organisations including local authorities (education, CLD and social work departments, Fife College, Princes Trust, YMCA, Maggie’s Centres and NHS to provide bespoke programmes to groups and individuals facing barriers to improving health.

Louise has continued to study throughout, and qualifications include:

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor

  • Level 2 Exercise for Children and Young People

  • Level 3 Exercise Referral

  • Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Fitness

  • Level 3 Nutrition

  • Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist

Louise is currently studying towards:

  • Level 4 Specialist Personal Training Diploma

  • Level 4 Lower Back Pain specialist

  • RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition


Louise is registered with CIMSPA

(Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport

and Physical Activity),

CLD Standards Council for Scotland,

and is First Aid trained and PVG checked.
