Health Inequality Is Real, But It Doesn't Have To Be Inevitable

In Scotland alone, there’s a 20-year difference in healthy life expectancy between the most and least deprived areas.

That means where you live; your postcode; could literally determine how long you live, and how well you live.

This is health inequality. And it’s unacceptable.

Let’s Talk About What This Looks Like:

 • Fewer gyms and fitness spaces in low-income areas

 • Less access to health education and nutritious food

 • Higher rates of chronic illness, mental health struggles, and preventable disease

 • Less trust in health professionals

 • More barriers to safe, accessible support

And let’s be clear: this isn’t about personal failure.

It’s about a broken system.

Why I Created Omni

I didn’t start this business to sell 8-week challenges.

I built it for the people who’ve been forgotten.

The ones who can’t do burpees but still want to feel strong.

The ones who’ve been told “you just need to try harder.”

I help people who live with chronic pain, complex diagnoses, hormone imbalance, trauma, and more; find a path to health that actually fits their life.

Health Coaching Shouldn’t Be a Luxury

That’s why I offer:

 • One-on-one coaching for those ready to invest

 • Community programmes and school-based education

 • Collaborations with charities, workplaces and local authorities

Health equity is possible; but only if we build it. Together.
