Inspire. Educate. Empower.

Whether it’s a keynote talk, a corporate wellness session, or an honest conversation with young people;  I bring real-world experience, grounded expertise, and a no-fluff approach to every room I step into.

I speak, teach, and lead with one goal:
To break down the barriers that stop people from taking control of their health.

I’ve presented everywhere from national conferences to high school classrooms, retreat centres to council chambers. And I meet every audience with the same energy;  truth, compassion, and a call to action.

What I Deliver

Female Health & Hormones – from puberty to pregnancy to perimenopause
