It’s Not Too Late: Rethinking Health, Fitness, and What Really Matters

Over the past few weeks, health and fitness has been all over the news again; particularly with the surge of demand for weight loss injections.

It’s no surprise really as we live in a culture that wants quick fixes. And in some ways, medication can offer real benefits. But theres so many issues that most headlines don’t cover: a jab or pill can never replace movement, nutrition, and mindset.

And it’s about identity; believing you’re capable of change, no matter your starting point.

The Story We Tell Ourselves

So why did I sign up again?
Because I believe in showing up even when you don’t get it right the first time.
Because resilience is a muscle; and you only build it by using it.
Because our biggest breakthroughs often come just after the point we feel like quitting.
